Golden brioche French toast
Serves 3 6 slices brioche, bread or panettone, cut 1/2-inch-thick 2 eggs 3/4 cup milk 2 tablespoons Royal Rose Cardamom-Clove Syrup, or to taste Whisk eggs, milk and syrup in a shallow baking dish. In a skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. When the skillet is hot, lightly dredge brioche in the egg mixture on both sides. Fry until golden brown. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
Strawberry Fennel Egg Cream
Alcohol and dairy free, but so so delicious. 2 oz. almond milk1 oz. Strawberry Fennel syrup1/2 oz. lemon juiceseltzer waterdash bitters Add syrup, almond milk, lemon juice and bitters to a Collins glass and stir. Add a splash of seltzer, fill with ice, and top with more seltzer and bitters.
Jade Tango
Cooling, icy and not too sweet. 1 1/2 oz. vodka1/4 apple, cut into chunks1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice1/2 oz. apple juice3/4 oz. Royal Rose Lavender Lemon Syrup2 oz. brewed green tea, chilled Muddle the apple with the syrup, then add vodka, lemon juice, apple juice, and ice. Shake well. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice; top with green tea. Garnish with an apple slice or lemon wedge.
Raspberry sunrise smoothie
1/2 cup frozen raspberries 3/4 cup milk (low-fat, whole, rice, almond, etc.) 2 teaspoons Royal Rose Lavender-Lemon Syrup, or to taste Combine in a blender.
Orange Vanilla Sangria
Delicious, drinkable and so, so easy. 1 bottle red wine1/2 cup brandy1/2 cup orange juice1 bottle Royal Rose Orange Vanilla Syrupcut up citrus fruit, such as limes, lemons and orangesice Mix ingredients and let sit overnight. Serve in a pitcher or punch bowl and pour into cups or wine glasses with fresh ice.
