Alcohol and dairy free, but so so delicious.
2 oz. almond milk
1 oz. Strawberry Fennel syrup
1/2 oz. lemon juice
seltzer water
dash bitters
Add syrup, almond milk, lemon juice and bitters to a Collins glass and stir. Add a splash of seltzer, fill with ice, and top with more seltzer and bitters.
