2 oz. blended Scotch whisky3/4 oz. Royal Rose Ginger Lime Syrup1/2 oz. fresh lime juice4 oz. soda water Shake Scotch, syrup, and lime juice with ice and strain into a Collins or highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wedge.

1 1/2 oz. blended scotch whiskey1/2 oz. aged rum1/2 oz. fresh lime juice1/2 oz. Royal Rose Strawberry-Fennel Syrup1/2 dropper-full Bittercube Jamaican #1 bitterssplash of pear or peach nectarCombine ingredients over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1 1/2 oz. dark rum1/2 oz. Irish whiskey1/4 oz. Royal Rose Rose Syrup1/4 oz. raspberry shrub (recipe below)1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice2 dashes Peychaud's bittersCombine ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a raspberry or lemon twist.
