Isla de la Pirata
1 1/2 oz. blended scotch whiskey
1/2 oz. aged rum
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. Royal Rose Strawberry-Fennel Syrup
1/2 dropper-full Bittercube Jamaican #1 bitters
splash of pear or peach nectar

Combine ingredients over ice and shake vigorously.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
