Egg, Rye Whiskey, Sour Mix, and a dash of Red Wine, an unlikely grouping makes for a visual masterpiece and fun riff on a classic Whiskey Sour. 

A simple ginger forward number with 4 ingredients and a tie for us to past and present! We started in as a Brooklyn based company and are now firmly established here in Maine as part of Split Rock Distilling!

It is nice to have options, here are two simple Julep recipes that merely call for swapping out a syrup.  A favorite for Derby parties and summer deck parties alike!

So you love margaritas, but have you had a paloma?

Inspired by World Whisky Day!

Ingredients: 2 1/2 oz Hardshore Gin 1 Strawberry 3 Mint Leaves  1/8 oz Orange Vanilla Royal Rose Syrup Muddle the Strawberry and Mint Leaves, add Gin and Orange Vanilla syrup.  Shake with ice, strain and garnish with a sprig of mint.
