2 oz. light rum
3/4 oz. Royal Rose Natural Demerara Syrup
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 large sprig mint
3 oz. soda water
Gently muddle the mint and syrup in a pint glass. Add the lime juice, rum and soda water and stir to combine. Top with crushed ice and stir again. Garnish with mint.
