A lovely riff on a margarita. Typically made with grenadine syrup, we use our Raspberry Syrup here with delicious results. 2 oz. tequila blanco3/4 oz. fresh lime juice3/4 oz. Royal Rose Raspberry Syrup3-4 dashes bitters Combine ingredients and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wedge.      

A variation on the Pink Lady cocktail. 1 1/2 oz. gin1/2 oz. Royal Rose Raspberry Syrup1/2 oz. lemon juice1/2 oz. cream or half and half1 egg white Dry shake the ingredients for a minute, then add ice and continue shaking until tin is frosted over and contents are frothy. Double strain into one large or two small chilled cocktail glass (es).

1 oz. Royal Rose Raspberry Syrup1/2 oz. fresh lime juice4 oz. soda or seltzer water  Combine ingredients in a mason jar or tall glass filled with ice; stir and garnish with a lime wedge.
