This is a great refreshing limeade perfect for poolside!

Sometimes making do with a simple ingredients list is not making do at all! Tasty and TSA friendly! 

It’s a classic gimlet with a slight twist in flavor.

 

2.5 oz Ungava gin0.5 oz Royal Rose Hot Ginger-Lime Simple Syrup8 drops Napa Valley Grapefruit bittersStir on ice, fine strain into a coupe.Crafty Bartender hand painted coupes coming soon!Note - although a traditional Gimlet generally has more lime cordial, the Royal Rose packs a good punch in both flavour and spice, so start as above and add if required. credit: @thecraftybartender on Instagram  

A simple ginger forward number with 4 ingredients and a tie for us to past and present! We started in as a Brooklyn based company and are now firmly established here in Maine as part of Split Rock Distilling!
