Strawberry Fennel Sour

Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz Strawberry Fennel organic syrup
Egg white
Angostura bitters

Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe. Add a few angostura drops to the foam.
