Simplicity at its best, a slight twist on a classic with a beautiful bit of watermelon. From our friends @idealistfoods, we love this Spicy Watermelon Daiquiri recipe featuring our Three Chiles Simple Syrup.
1 1/2 oz watermelon infused rum (see below)
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Three Chile Simple Syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin with ice and shake until we’ll chilled, about 10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a slice of lime or some watermelon. Enjoy!
For Watermelon infused rum add 1 cup of watermelon to a mason jar with 1 cup of white rum and muddle. Cover and refrigerate overnight and then shake away. Strain or keep with some of the pulp, can keep refrigerated for a week or so, maybe a bit more if strained.
