We used pre-made Kodiak pancake mix.
The Kodiak directions are for 1 cup mix & 1 cup liquid. So, a combo of low fat milk, 1 egg & 1/4 cup Royal Rose Raspberry Simple Syrup to = 1 cup liquid. I added 1 heaping tsp of @suncorefoods beet super powder to the batter to get the vibrant pink color.
For the whipped cream, beat 1 cup heavy cream w/1 tsp powdered sugar, until stiff peaks form. Then add 2 TBS of the raspberry simple syrup & whip some more.
