"I saw this one on @parttimemixologist’s page awhile back and knew I had to make it. Pranthik has so many great cocktails and photos over there - give him a follow if you’re not already.
Pranthik served his in a hurricane glass with mint and fresh cranberries, but "cubes in coupes" is something I’ve been wanting to do for a while, so I went for it."
CRANBERRY DAIQUIRI
2 oz. botanical rum (from @callistospirits)
3/4 oz. cranberry spice syrup
1/2 oz. Persian lime juice
1/4 oz. Falernum
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill 3/4 full with ice and shake 20 seconds. Double-strain into a coupe over a large clear ice sphere and garnish with fresh cranberries.
