1 1/2 oz Smith and Cross
1/2 oz Saffron Organic Syrup
3 Beet Slices
2 Pineapple Chunks
2 Handfuls of Ice Cubes
Add everything into a blender for 30 seconds. Pour into a cored pineapple. Garnish with fresh nutmeg and pineapple leaves.
