Our three chili syrup adds depth of flavor and a touch of heat to these sweet treats!
8 oz dark chocolate chips
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 oz Three Chile Organic Syrup
Warm the cream in a saucepan. Add the warmed cream to a bowl with the chocolate. Add the simple syrup. Let it sit for about 5 minutes, and then stir to combine. Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Roll set mixture into balls and coat with cocoa powder.
