2 oz Split Rock Organic Bourbon
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Cardamom-Clove Organic Syrup
5 Pineapple Chunks
Egg White (Optional)
Muddle 5 pineapple chunks with simple syrup. Add the rest of the ingredients without ice and shake - HARD. Add ice and shake again - HARDER!
Double strain into a cocktail glass with fresh ice. Garnish with chunks of pineapple on a spear. This will make you think you're on a beach!
