1 1/2 oz Mezcal
1/2 oz Ancho Reyes Verde Chile @anchoreyes
1 oz Lemon 🍋 Juice
1/4 oz Royal Rose Barrel Rested Maple Organic Syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe or martini glass-up. Garnish with a torched lemon wheel.
How to torch a lemon wheel:
Sprinkle a bit of sugar over a cut lemon slice. Use a culinary torch (butane fuel) to caramelize the sugar on your lemon! Alternatively, you can put the slice under your broiler or on a hot grill to achieve a similar effect with the sugar.
