2 oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz Dark Rum (Smith & Cross)
3/4 oz Ginger Liqueur (Domaine de Canton)
1/2 oz Organic Cardamom-Clove Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3 Dashes of Fiesta Bitters (Vena's Fizz House)
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a tall glass with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
