2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Lemon Juice 🍋
3/4 oz Royal Rose Organic Syrup or Organic Sour Mix
Top with a Shiraz Red Wine (preference is a South African wine like @plettwines)
Add first three ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass with fresh ice. Slowly pour red wine over the back of a bar spoon to float.
