Mango Heat
1 1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Demerara Rhum
1 1/2 oz Jalapeño + Lime juice
1/4 oz Passion Fruit Liqueur
1/4 oz Royal Rose Three Chile
2 Dashes Thai Spice Bitters @thebitterqueens
2-3 large slices of mango
Soda Water
Garnish: jalapeño slices, mango slice, lime wheel, flowers
Rim: @tajinmexico
Rim glass with tajin and set aside. Chop 2-3 large slices of mango and add to a high speed blender with syrup and juice and blend until smooth. Add to shaker along with remaining ingredients (except soda water) and shake with ice. Fine strain over fresh ice, top with soda water, garnish, and enjoy!
