2 oz Bully Boy Estate Gin
3/4 oz Royal Rose Cranberry Spice Organic Syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Lemon 🍋 Juice
2 Dashes Love Potion Bitters @elguapobitters
Egg 🥚 White
Soda
Add everything minus the soda to a shaker without ice and dry shake. Add 3 cubes to the shaker and shake until you can't hear the cubes anymore.
Strain into a collins glass without ice. Top with soda and pour slowly!
