1 1/2 oz. gin
3/4 simple syrup
3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
Shaken with ice and strained into a rocks glass with a lime-peel garnish. It’s a delicious, somewhat spicy and very botanical drink - refreshing and perfect for a post-hike summer cocktail hour at the water’s edge. Enjoy!
