CRANBERRY FRENCH 75
1 oz. Tanqueray gin
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. Spiced Cranberry syrup
Sparkling wine
Combine all but the sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake 20 seconds. Double-strain into a Champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. We used Roederer Estate Brut from Anderson Valley here in California. Garnish with a few fresh cranberries.
