Shipping Methods - flat rate prices and timing
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
Most orders are shipped the next business day after the order is placed. On occasion we may need to make one of the items you ordered (now that is fresh!) which can add a day or two; with all shipping methods, you will receive an email with tracking info as soon as your package has been shipped!

Gift cards and stickers automatically qualify for free shipping, however, they will not qualify other items for free standard shipping.
Packaging Materials
We package each order at Royal Rose with extreme care with adequate padding to ensure it makes it to you safely! We utilize environmentally friendly materials and are always on the lookout for the most sustainable solution possible.
Shipping and Processing Time
Shipping time is an estimate of when the item will arrive after it leaves our warehouse, it is not a guarantee. Once your order is out the door and in the hands of the shipper, we unfortunately have no control over what happens at USPS or FedEx or UPS.
Damages
If your package was damaged in transit, email info@royalrosesyrups.com with your order number and tell us how much product was damaged and we will determine if the product can be replaced.
