Lavender-Lemon Silver Fizz
2 oz Gin @beefeatergin
1/4 oz Royal Rose Lavender-Lemon Organic Syrup
1/4 oz Lemon š Juice
Egg š„ White
Seltzer
Add first four ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake. Add ice and shake again but this time like you mean it! Double strain into a coupe. Top with seltzer. Garnish with lavender flowers and lemon zest.
