Cilantro Watermelon Margarita Adjacency

From our friend/cocktail wizard @davidlbaldwin

"We had a bunch of watermelon, because, summer, and there is nothing better than watermelon and a nice Smokey Mezcal. You can’t make a bad drink with those two ingredients. This features @montelobos @anchoreyes Verdi, and a small dose of @royalroseme Hot Ginger Lime Simple for a nice, spicy, smokey treat. I muddled the melon and then didn’t strain it because I like the texture. If you’re squeamish about that sort of thing give it a nice strain. The cilantro is for the fresh scent while you’re drinking. I didn’t put any in the drink itself, but it would probably good in that instance, though I’d definitely strain it in that case."
